Description
It is an online Technical Support Service (TSS - SAT) web site. It is based on osTicket (open source support ticket system).
It allows customers open, close, view, answer and upload files to their tickets any time. Staff can manage tickets, answer, open/close, send attached files, and generate reports. The admin area allows manage the site and generate monthly reports.
Modifications:
- New customer template -based on cTheme published on xUx's blog-
- Automatic monthly report for every client -pChart lib-
- Printable version of every ticket -ezPDF lib-
- Special staff fields and filters
- Gropus added. Those grups can share tickets information
- Showcase mode for new customers
